Heavy Duty Tubular Mortice Latch - G4060

This is a heavy duty tubular shaped mortice latch and can be operated by a lever handle or door knob from either side.

Made in the UK by Guardian Locks, this latch is available in various sizes and in many finishes and with matching rebate kits.

Typically used on internal doors, this latch can be used for heavy door knobs or unsprung door handles, light springing available upon request. It also has a two way action meaning you can turn the door knob either way to retract the latch bolt.

The backset is the distance from the edge of the door to the centre of the handle (spindle hole).

These latches have an 8mm brass follower for the spindle and come double sprung as standard.
