Our Services
Personal service and support
We offer a vast choice of brands with many different types of products and designs, both traditional and contemporary, from classic cabinet knobs to luxury door handles, as well as all the functional elements such as closers, push plates, locks and latches.
We understand that specifying hardware can be challenging, which is why we offer a personal service to every client, for both small, one-off orders and complex projects.
Our expert team has unrivalled knowledge and will help you at every stage, from discussing pricing options to itemising schedules and monitoring lead times. Our aim is to streamline the whole process as much as possible, enable you to deliver the perfect solution for your client, on time and on budget.
Customised and bespoke designs
If you require a slight alteration to an existing product, we will be delighted to help. We can often change length, width, depth, projection or fixing centres, and can advise on how best to achieve the result you want.
We also specialise in completely bespoke designs, and we are happy to work closely with interior designers and architects to develop your ideas into real, one-off pieces. Whatever your vision, we can help you to create unique hardware with which to elevate your project. We will advise on mechanics and other practical considerations, and produce CAD and 3D drawings, as well as prototypes when necessary. We can also provide special finishes and branded engraving.
Specification
The nitty gritty of any project, large or small, can be complex, time-consuming and sometimes confusing. Our expert team is on hand at every stage to advise and support, making sure that every detail is sorted. We will work to your floorplan to draw up an itemised schedule of every required element, including hinges, door closers, locks and latches, ensuring that they adhere to fire regulations and complement other hardware. We will deliver them to site on time, with individually labelled door packs for ease of use.
We are also happy to work with contractors, providing technical information where necessary.
