Horizontal Mortice Latch - G4054

This is a horizontal mortice latch and can be operated by a lever handle or door knob from either side.

Made in the UK by Guardian Locks, this latch is available in various sizes and in many finishes and with matching rebate kits.

Typically used on internal doors, this latch can used by sprung lever handles or door knobs. It also can come with a Heavy Duty spring, please specify by calling if you require. It also has a two way action meaning you can turn the door knob either way to retract the latch bolt.

The backset is the distance from the edge of the door to the centre of the handle (spindle hole).

These latches have an 8mm brass follower for the spindle and come double sprung as standard.
